Rosa’s Bakery is a family run organic artisan bakery based in the small Welsh town of Neath.

Chris Cundell, the MD of the company contacted Celsius to look at cooling the bakery as there was no current ventilation system in place and with the large windows allowing plenty of solar gain and the 
process heat coming from the ovens, the area was reaching uncomfortable temperatures. 

The solution had to be cost effective both for installation and for on-going running costs. 

Celsius installed 1 EcoCooling Evaporative cooling unit, providing over 35kw of cooling of fresh chilled air. 

After 6 months since Celsius installed the low carbon cooling system, Rosa’s noticed a massive saving in their monthly electricity bills.
