In 2010 Asteelflash, one of the world's leading Electronic Services Manufacturers, moved into larger new premises in Bedford.  The new factory suffered from severe overheating during the spring and summer months.

Asteelflash called upon Celsius to design and install a new cooling system for them, they were concerned about the running costs of the system and wanted to be as environmentally friendly as possible.  

Celsius installed Seven wall-mounted EcoCooling units with attenuation sections to reduce the internal noise levels and six large wall-mounted Celsius variable speed extraction units on the opposite wall.

The installation was undertaken during normal working hours and did not affect the manufacturing within the area.  

The system has worked very well even during the warmest spells and costs less than £5.00 per day to run on the warmest days.
