When Montgomery Spring Water built a new warehouse adjacent to their compressor house it was the ideal chance to heat the new builing for free, as they employed Celsius to duct the waste heat from the Compressor House directly into the warehouse.

Celsius installed dampers to enable the flow of heat to be controlled and then fully diverted to atmosphere when the warm air is not required in the summer months. 

Based on the flow rates achieved it is estimated that Montgomery will be able to reclaim approximately 90KW of totally free heating for the warehouse.

The whole project cost just a £2,900 to supply and install all of the equipment, based on the current gas cost to heat that area this represents a saving of over £16,000.00 per annum, each and every year from now on, a truly fantastic green initiative from Montgomery!!
