Celsius Design was tasked with replacing existing wall-mounted fresh air units and installing additional systems to support adjacent workstations — all without disrupting daily operations.

The Celsius Solution

Celsius Design supplied and installed six complete fresh air input systems, each engineered to deliver consistent, high-volume airflow suitable for demanding industrial environments.

Each system included:

• Galvanised mild steel rollover wall cowl for external protection

• Internal double deflection grille for adjustable airflow control

• High-performance fan unit rated at 12,000 m³/hr

• Noise output of just 64 dBA at 3 metres in free-field conditions

• Wall-mounted variable speed controller for flexible airflow adjustment

These systems were designed to replace outdated equipment and enhance fresh air delivery across key work zones, improving both comfort and environmental quality for staff.
